Who is AktivPlus for?

Personal training studios, pilates and yoga studios, boutique gyms and independent coaches: anyone who runs sessions, classes and packages and wants their members to have a proper app.

How do members get an account?

Your studio creates it. Enter the member’s name, email and WhatsApp number, and AktivPlus sets up their account with a temporary password you can send on WhatsApp. If they already use AktivPlus with another studio, their existing account is simply linked to yours.

Can a member train at more than one studio?

Yes. One AktivPlus account can be linked to several studios. Members pick a studio after signing in and can switch any time from their profile.

Does AktivPlus send WhatsApp messages automatically?

No. AktivPlus prepares each message and opens the chat in WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business with the text ready. You stay in control and press send yourself.

Can the app match our studio’s brand?

Yes. Pick your brand colour and a welcome screen style. Members see your studio’s name, colours and monogram throughout the app.

Which devices and languages are supported?

AktivPlus runs on Android phones with Android 7.0 or newer, in English, Turkish, German and Russian. It follows the phone’s language, and anyone can pick a different one inside the app.
